Joseph has worked in the Homeowner Association industry since 2000. He initially joined Taylor Management and took the lead in the Maintenance Department. Under his leadership, he developed the roles and standards that are still in use today. 

After a brief hiatus to work with one of the largest home builders in Southern Nevada, Joe returned to Taylor Management and obtained his Community Manager license in 2014. His previous job experiences made this a perfect fit for him.  His training and vast experience in the maintenance field makes him a valuable asset to the company and to his clients.

Joe was promoted to the position of Office Manager in 2016.  While he continues to manage a select portfolio of clients, he always keeps his responsibilities to his staff squarely in his sights.
