Michelle helps boards understand the importance of adhering to their CC&R’s while ensuring a wonderful place to call home.
Michelle provides knowledge and longevity to her Boards. Michelle is always guaranteeing that the Board of Directors adheres to their Governing Documents, while making the Association a peaceful place to live for all residents.
Michelle Baltimore started in Community Management as a temporary Receptionist for one day. That one day turned into a 12 year career.
Michelle received her Community Management License in 2005, and became a Supervising Community Manager in 2009.
Michelle is active in the Community Management Industry and is eager to learn more through continuing education.
Michelle has earned and currently maintains her designation as a Certified Management of Community Association’s (CMCA), and Association Management Specialist (AMS), and will be working toward obtaining her PCAM in the next two years and is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Michelle is a lifetime resident of Nevada, and attended Arizona State University.
